Can FraudBite detect AI-generated food images?
Yes. FraudBite analyzes image patterns, metadata, visual inconsistencies, and signs of AI generation or manipulation to identify suspicious content.
Does FraudBite also detect manually edited photos?
Yes. FraudBite can identify common manipulation techniques such as retouching, altered areas, added defects, color modifications, and suspicious edits.
Is customer data secure?
Yes. Customer images and related data are processed securely with privacy and data protection standards in mind.
How accurate is FraudBite detection?
FraudBite combines multiple analysis methods to provide a confidence score and detailed insights, helping teams make faster decisions.
Do I need technical knowledge to use FraudBite?
No. Upload an image and receive a clear fraud score and report through a simple dashboard.
Does it work with photos from Uber Eats, Deliveroo or Glovo?
Yes. Save the photo from the dispute, the chat or the email and upload it. FraudBite analyzes the image itself, so it doesn’t matter which app or platform it came through.
Can I use the result to dispute a refund or a chargeback?
You can attach the PDF report — the score, the marked areas and the metadata findings — to your reply to the platform or your bank. They still make the decision, but a documented, technical answer is far harder to dismiss than “the food was fine”.
What does a high risk score actually mean?
That the photo shows strong signs of editing or AI generation and deserves a closer look. It is a signal for your decision, not proof of fraud on its own — weigh it together with the order, the timing and the customer’s history.
How much does FraudBite cost?
You can check 10 complaint photos for free with an email-only account, no card. Paid plans start at €49 a month for 50 checks, €89 for 100 and €199 for 500; larger volumes are priced on request. Every plan includes the dashboard and PDF reports.
Which photo formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WEBP up to 10 MB each — the formats delivery apps, WhatsApp and email hand you. Screenshots work too, but the original file the customer sent gives the check more to work with, because a screenshot strips the camera metadata.
How long does a check take?
Typically well under a minute per photo. You upload, the analysis runs, and the score, the marked areas and the detected features appear in the dashboard; the PDF report is ready to download straight away.
Where are my photos stored, and for how long?
Photos and results are stored in Google Cloud’s EU region (Frankfurt) against your account, for as long as the account exists or until you delete them. You can request full deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
