How the estimate works
Refunds a month = orders × the refunded share. Each refund costs you the order value (it comes out of your payout), plus the penalty if your app charges one; on Glovo the commission on that order is still charged. Unfair refunds = refunds × the share you’d call unfair. One order earns its value × your margin, so one refund erases 1 ÷ margin orders of profit.

Questions about the calculator
Where do the default numbers come from?
Each default cites its source next to the field: the refunded share is a US industry estimate, the unfair share is a vendor estimate, and the 6% margin is the 2025 average for Romanian hotels and restaurants. Replace them with your own numbers: your payout reports show your real refund total.
